You could consider hiring a venue, coordinating equipment hires, arranging access, and managing the post-event pack-up yourself. But why go through all that trouble when MKT Party Hire can handle everything for you? MKT Party Place offers better value and includes lots of extras.
After everything is prepared by MKT, simply walk in and begin the celebration. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks and extra decorations for the event. All we ask is that you kindly clean up, dispose and take with you any rubbish or perishable items when you depart.

At MKT Party Hire, we understand the importance of creating a safe and enjoyable environment for the little ones. Our combination of bouncy castle and soft play equipment is meticulously selected with the utmost care to provide a mix of excitement and comfort. From soft mats and safety fencing, tunnel and climbers to interactive toys and ball pits. Our soft play services the 0-5 year olds and is designed to spark imagination, encourage active play, and ensure hours of fun for the youngest members of your event.
If you have older children in attendance, this is not a problem. Just ensure they take care around the littles ones enjoying their playtime and we have other goodies available at MKT Party Place for their exclusive entertainment. Up to you too if you wish to designate the bouncy castle to the older children.

“ I am so excited to bring you MKT Party Place. After giving the space which is 30m long and 6.6m wide by the way a deep clean and spruce up I now declare we are open for business. We have so much space and some beautiful equipment that you will get to enjoy and experience here at MKT Party Place with more party additions to come in due course.
MKT Party Place is located at Wingatui Race Course/Otago Racing Club, 285 Gladstone Road North. Such an easy destination with plenty of free parking and if timed right you might be able to pop in for a quick race or two or take a wander through the markets. Where possible I will try to highlight other events on at the same time on the availability calendar.
Not only is venue hire, bouncy castle and luxe soft play included you also get kids table and chair hire for up to 10 kids and a Bluetooth mini system. I have put some additional equipment in the kitchenette, you can heat up your savouries and cheerio’s if on the party menu. I have also provided you with a cake knife as that is just awkward to be carrying around haha. Oh and before I forget, complimentary tea & coffee to keep those grown ups relaxed.

MKT provides you with a 25L air fryer/oven, two hot plates, saucepan, knife for cake cutting and limited cutlery/plates/cups just in case you forget. Oh and the washing up gear.

The main session times available are 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm on Saturday & Sunday.
Events outside of these hours say Weekday and evening sessions are possible. Get in touch to chat.
You must set up and clean up within your 3 hour time slot.

Click on the request a booking button and fill in the gaps and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note at times there maybe delays in updating the availability calendar while out of the office on party duties.
To secure a booking a non-refundable $100 deposit is required with the balance due 14 days out from party date.
Please note there is also a $100 Refundable* Bond required in case of any loss, damage to MKT Party Place.

Should anyone break these rules the hirer will be held accountable for any loss, damage and/or extra cleaning fees

Alcohol, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the premises.
No food, drink or shoes are allowed in the play area along with silly string, streamers, bubbles, confetti/glitter permitted within the venue.
If your planning facepaint for your event, sorry MKT Party Place is not the place for you. Face paint and other items mentioned above can permanently stain our equipment.
Evidence of prohibited items will result in loss of bond.
Looking after our equipment now will ensure it is here for you at your next event.

That's absolutely fine. Just please be mindful of the bigger kids around the little ones enjoying the soft play and that they don't get rough with the equipment.
Bouncy Castle can certainly entertain the older kids and we have more entertaining goodies like corn hole, foosball, giant connect four and mega bowling to help entertain them if not even some of the adult guests.

Add The Bubble for further enjoyment and fun at MKT Party Place for $200. This also includes 100 single inflated balloons that will float and whirl around inside, creating a delightful and festive atmosphere for your event.

Disco Bounce $399
Bringing the vibrant disco atmosphere to brighten up your daytime celebrations, perfect for all your fun-loving boogie enthusiasts. We have the classic Bouncy Castle set up in the main party hall, providing endless fun for the kids. Additionally, in the side area, we have a dedicated space to be set up as a disco room for you measuring 4.5m x 6.5m. This room is equipped with high-quality disco lights that create a lively atmosphere, themed disco backdrop and the space intentionally darkened to enhance the experience of a daytime disco. Be sure to enjoy all the fantastic extras that MKT Party Place offers, with the exclusion of the Soft Play area.
Please let us know if the kids are older, and we will be more than happy to arrange for a swap of the kids' tables and chairs in order to provide bigger tables and trestle bench seats(2x 1.8m trestle tables and 4 bench seats) that are more suitable for their needs.

Whirl & Bounce $499
Take a thrilling bounce on the Castle, then pause for a moment to enjoy the mesmerizing sight as the colourful balloons whirl around your head in The Bubble. The guests will enjoy moving between the two having a great time which also complements all the other fantastic inclusions offered by MKT Party Place, with the exception of the Soft Play area.
